Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases for workshops and events are considered final.
Due to the limited number of seats and event preparation, tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges that the product is a reservation for a scheduled event and therefore not eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection regulations.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Unable to Attend

If a customer cannot attend the event, the ticket may be transferred to another person.

To transfer a ticket, the customer should inform the organizer before the event by email or through the contact form on the website.


3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, customers will be notified via email.

Customers will be offered one of the following options:

  • a full refund, or

  • the possibility to transfer the ticket to another event date

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


4. Event Rescheduling

If an event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to:

  • attend the new scheduled date, or

  • receive a full refund


5. Late Arrival or No-Show

Customers who arrive late or do not attend the event (no-show) are not eligible for a refund.
